Ms. Jill Pulley has an MBA from The Wharton School with specialization in Strategic Planning, and has focused on healthcare research and management for over 20 years, including leading launches of new products in biotech/pharma involving extensive consumer input. Her career focus has been on enterprise-scale healthcare innovation and management, with a focus on systems supported by novel informatics technologies. For example, Ms. Pulley was the primary architect for Vanderbilt’s ‘BioVU’, a large scale DNA Databank. Overall, Ms. Pulley ensures that VICTR functions exceptionally well and operates efficiently in service to research teams and the broader stakeholder community.
