Lori was born and raised in Western New York on Lake Erie. She worked for Welch Foods immediately after graduating high school before moving to Clarksville, Tennessee in 1982. Lori moved to Nashville in 1984 to work at Bryan, Pendleton, Swats & McAllister Actuaries. In 1990 she went to work at ComAlloy International in various sales and administrative supporting roles.  Lori began her career at VUMC in 2000 in Pediatric Nephrology and moved to the Center for Structural Biology. Lori has been with the Clinical Trials Center/VCC since 2008 where Lori has continued her business career using her 35 years of experience providing administrative support to VCC staff in any number of ways.  Lori has two grown children and one almost grown granddaughter. In her spare time, Lori enjoys knitting, paper crafting and jewelry making. Lori is also an avid movie buff, if you spend enough time talking to her, you may hear a quote or two from a random movie.
